"I love the people I work with, management and my co-workers"

"Keep have those meetings with the President of the company. He really has great ideas."

"The pay was decent, but it diminished over time to help corporate increase their bottom line"

"Don't even bother interviewing, they will be out of business by the time 2014 rolls around"

"All the cost comes back on the loan officer, by the end of all of the work you do, you make barely above minimum wage"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace your executive vice president, he is a glorified loan officer, who has an ignorant way of thinking, with no outside management or sales experience in his career whatsoever. He's amazing at quoting books that are completely irrelevant to try to make himself look intellectual, and uses bullying tactics and calls it leadership. I've never seen someone drop so many F bombs in a professional environment and seemingly just not care what his subordinates think of him."

"Nice office building in and a very short commute. Work hours are flexible"

"Be yourself. Executives are friendly and are looking for people who can work well with others in the office"

"Tedious work that after a while can become tiresome. This doesn't happen often but can occur rarely."

"Management often handles things very well. Nothing really comes to mind. Most issues are taken care of rather well."

"The procedures are the same for all the employees but in most departments and divisions each employee does their job to the beat of their own drum."

"streamline the policies to where each employee that does the same duty does it systematically as the rest of the employees"

"They really did a great job, there was no issues in the workplace."

"It is the worst on-board I have ever gone through; no start-up time."

"The company no longer exists but if it did, I would say, stick to your job and worry about yourself. Making money is stressful take time to focus on what you can control."

"We were micromanaged quite a bit, but I stuck to doing my work and never got involved in office drama."

"If the office is shutting down, don't blame your employees, put together a plan of action we can all participate in."

"Everything about Chase Bank is good, however just was transferred to another position."
