"The work environment was excellent, and the income opportunity was within expectations."

"Nothing to report at this time. I had no dislikes about working there."
What do you like about working at Open Solutions?
"Almost all employees at Open Solutions work from home. As a result I save on time commuting and this gives me an hour or so back into my day."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are interviewing with Open Solutions, you should demonstrate that you have some knowledge of the banking industry particularly community-based banks and credit unions."
What don't you like about working at Open Solutions?
"There are some very negative people and also a lot of gossip within the company. The executive team is rather dishonest with employees to the point that I have very little trust in them. This product and work is unrewarding."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Firstly, I would be open and honest about with regard to the financial stability and operations of the company. Additionally, I would promote a work place that is free of gossip."

"need to communicate more with teams, and be more honest in dealings with them"

"I liked Bank of America's reputation. The facility was clean and the staff was open to training and career advancement."

"Be prepared to work with a large volume of customers."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"We were hired as Loan Modification Analysts but were immediately shifted around to other areas of the company and were not offered the compensation our peers were receiving."

"To review the Armadillo software program as it is not realistic and cost efficient."

"Charming co-worker and learned a lot."

"The management of this start up division was not aware of the problems that they might encounter so their idea was to spend money to get it done."

"They terminated the contract of the original management team and retained staff and management who had previous hands on experience."
