"I've worked at Lindamood Bell for a little over a year as a satellite office coordinator. My immediate supervisor was great but the corporate level supervisors micromanage everything. The pay was decent but, if you work for a satellite center, you make significantly less to do the exact same job. One thing that is very difficult is the constant changes without warning or reason. Further, they demand immediate implementation for said changes. The price of the service also increases frequently which is frustrating for long-time clients. The company culture has often been described as cult-like and I agree. Working with children and their families is the best part. There is upward mobility for anyone but mostly if you are an instructional team member."

"I have worked for Lindamood-Bell Learning Process since June 2013. Overall, my experience as a clinician and administrative assistant has been exceptionally positive. However, my position does not allow for upward movement or for me to be spending my time on the projects I enjoy and believe are important."
