"I've worked for Brightmont Academy for 4 years. The work is not fulfilling at all. Staff works with kids because they have to, not because it is a work that they believe in."

"I have been working at Brightmont Academy part-time for a year now. Most of my coworkers are very friendly and I have socialized with some of them on the weekends. I have seen many students make dramatic improvements, including some who were in danger of being held back a grade and were promoted after coming to Brightmont. The problem is that there is a high turnover rate; each one comes in with his/her own rules, so it's hard to keep track of what's allowed and what isn't. Pay is very low."
