"I've worked for Lincoln Financial Group for two years. They are a wonderful company with a generous 401k and benefits package. Lincoln has allowed me to better balance my work life and home life since they are not open on the weekends, in addition to getting 10 paid off holidays throughout the year. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great customer service role to apply at Lincoln Financial Group. It can be stressful when first starting out but once you get the hang of the rules and how the systems work, it becomes second nature. The hardest part is dealing with negative or rude participants, but overall it's an enjoyable place to work."
