What do you like about working at Lincare?

"You had a job which is what everybody needs in this day and age."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask as many questions as you can and don't be afraid. If you do get hired, do your job well, keep your noise clean and WATCH YOUR BACK!!!"

What don't you like about working at Lincare?

"The threats of your job if you complained. The meaningless promises from managers. The disregard of federal driving restrictions and driver safety. The skimpy pay you get while the CEO and too few get millions in bonuses every year..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees with respect and don't overwork them. Share what little bonuses that trickle down from the ivory tower more evenly and not try to fatten your wallets first. they make your money!!! When hiring a new employee, he/she should be at the lowest rung of the ladder for pay, not moved into the outgoing employees pay. You demoralize others who've been there a lot longer and deserve the raise."
