The tools they provide to onboard our new team members and to continue to develop them are unmatched and they are actively improving the resources as needed. Salary's and hourly pay is low which prevents Life Time from acquiring amazing team members and makes us lose what would otherwise be life long team members."

"The processes and systems require too much time when the bulk of my paycheck does not allow me to sit at a PC. Life Time places most of the risk on employees and does not take on enough itself."

"I would use technology to increase productivity and reduce the manual, redundant systems and processes."
