"No, I do not have any tips for this company. NYLIC is a wonderful company and is well established in the life insurance industry."

"I do not like working on a commision only basis."

"The management team at NYLIC is very well organized and they are well trained. I have no problem with the management team."

"Most people do not make it to the next level and it is a constant struggle and that never ends."

"They don't give you any support and cut off leads when you have been there for a while. Very few make it to the next level."

"Support the employees you do have first before you hire bunches of people to give all the time and attention ( and leads to )."
