"since the environment is ever changing, I have been able to develop skills in many aspects of the business, including, customer service, management, recruiting, sales, and training."

"Unfortunately the ever changing environment creates very little stability and a lack of organization/structure."

"I enjoy developing training that helps over 3.4 million Medicaid clients in the state of Texas."

"Xerox Health Services was previously ACS, and just recently acquired by Xerox. The Xerox culture is not yet fully realized withing this new division."
What don't you like about working at Xerox?
"The salaries are well below the industry standard, and my leadership explains that there have not been raises in three years."

"Work with their leadership to improve compensation and career path opportunities for the team, as is the case with the Xerox Corporation."
