"I love the challenge of troubleshooting in general. Whether it is reading somebody else's code to tune or to find a glitch in the logic or perhaps looking through documentation to see how a function should work. I also like being the go-to person for my team. This gives me a sense of pride as being the "guy in the know". I don't like being on call 24 X 7 but realize that this is the price one pays for being in this position. Besides, if you and your team performs at a high level then calls should be minimized."
"Good to learn multiple products, but not much scope of new technology to work with."
"I loved my position that could work with new projects and in the area of operations. I hated that as a small company I should put an end to employees when they do not meet the expectations, that the Department of Human Resources was not as broad."
"I loved that we always had new project. In this position I worked both projects and in the area of operations. What I hated from the company is that they did not have an a large Department of Human Resources and I had to terminate employees when they did not meet with expectations,"
"I love it because it keep you in continuous communication with others.... and I hate it because it is very critical mission."
"I love bringing in positive changes to the environment I work in. Compared to other teams within the organization, my particular team has less challenges to deal with. I would love to take up more challenges and utilize my full potential."
