"I worked for the company for many years, dedicated to my job and helped the company in many ways. All of my contributions although appreciated by my immediate supervisor, were never recognized by the management team in Greece and the CEO who all acted as if they are above everyone. Management never appreciated the contributions of employees and always put them down as a lower class - perhaps this is normal in Greece but is not warranted in a non-third world country."

"I like the responsibility of decision making and the exposure of working in multiple functions of the operations."

"His or her hard work will be unappreciated and sometimes wasted by CEO's interference."

"The CEO is located abroad and is not hands on with the company's operations"

"I would get more involved with the companys operations and finance functions. I will also put in place a strategic plan to ensure long term success."
