"L&B was a cutting edge company that used to be an organization where everyone felt like part of one big family."

"I would honestly avoid the company until we are under new ownership and senior management is replaced."

What don't you like about working at Latter & Blum?

"The company has fallen on hard times because of dysfunctional leadership from the top. Few few people left who know what is going on and those that have joined company are ill-prepared for their positions. Management/employees no longer trust each other and tension is all time high which creates a very negative work environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company needs a new owner because the company is in disarray. Turnover is at an all time high and no one feels secure in their positions."

"Latter & Blum was a very good place to working they was fair and the salary was good . I would still be there, but due to Katrain in 2005 I left new Orleans and move back."

"Yes just look very clean cut and well drees for the interview."
