What do you like about working at LA Fitness?

"I like the pay first and foremost, and being able to hire and fire as necessary, as well. Also, I like the mostly fun atmosphere."

"Make sure you are prepared to be on call and solve problems from open to close!"

What don't you like about working at LA Fitness?

"I believe the worst part of my position with the company is working in customer service. LA Fitness, overall, is not a bad company. Being the constant buffer between the demanding, unreasonable public and a company you represent but do not control is trying at best."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would provide more structure in areas where policies are unclear, and allow more flexibility where it is needed."
