"I've worked with Kroger since 2018 in Rolla Missouri. My experience has varied with a global sized company. Management in the store could use some work. There is a lack of communication between supervisors and every other employee. With the company being on a global scale, corporate sometimes interferes with the flow of the individual store through different means. For example, sometimes corporate would send products that bigger stores carry and this store does not which harms our limited space for storage."

"The pay (as with most jobs) doesn't fill to constipate for the amount of work that we are required to do."

"Treat your workers as you like to be treated, too often workers get pushed off with kinda of jerk managers"

"I’ve worked for Kroger Stores for 6 and a half months as a produce clerk. The job at the beginning was honestly a relaxed job with low pay, along with needing better on the floor training. This position would require a lot of communication between co-workers, and understanding how to operate the area by yourself with tons of customers wondering where things are. A lot of misunderstanding evolves around this position with co workers and management. Without the drama and selfishness, I just this place for anyone who needs a first job or anyone that’s into retail that has no problem with low pay."

"It is not in my desired field. I am seeking career employment in a field where I can utilize my education and skills."
