"I started with the company in January of 2013 in the Management Training Program. Since then I have worked for 2 of the highest volume stores in my division. Kroger is a great company, and has given me some great experience. However, the company is all about its bottom line and struggles to appreciate its employees. My work-life balance is no-existence right now, and my employees are the same."
