"Don't do it! Stay away, go anywhere else, you'll be wasting your life."

"Verbally abusive management, and customers. Criminal activity by other employees, discrimination."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reward ability, and quality of work, not just seniority. Cultivate the qualities in my staff, be fair and even handed. Do what's right, for the sake of being the right thing, not just because you're forced to."
