"good fast paced company in not so great industry"

"While the headquarters for Kohl's are in MKE, WI there is a smaller tech office in Milpitas, CA with about 200 employees. I worked there for about 2 years and found that change is constant in their environment, but overall attitudes were positive. We went through several layoffs, which seems to be common in today's retail industry."

"Kohl's is a great place to work for college students. The hours are flexible and level of expertise for any position is not high. The tasks for most positions are easy to grasp and perfect if you put in the effort. Management is good and willing to assist with training and on-the-clock questions."
