"I feel that after 14 years with the company they were losing sight of purpose. It became a very money hungry company making it very difficult to successfully perform my position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Follow through and be a good support person. My manager would let me know she was coming in to see how things were going and then would not show up. I felt this was my opportunity to ask questions and get support and there was nop follow through. This was very much a let down to me because I felt that her opinion and input was helpful."

"Whatever is promise to you record it or get it in writing."
What don't you like about working at Knowledge Learning Corporation?
"My center was closed and I was off for a year and when I returned I went to help out at another center as a acting center director because the director was going out on medical leave and I was promised the position if she didn't return but that did not happen. So to sum it up, I was lied to. Don't lie to people just to get yourself out of a bind."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For upper management I would say don't make promises that you are not able to keep."

"No room for growth, the lack of quality management became apparent with a high amount of turnover in the office."

"Be more selective in your hiring practices. Give the quality employees praise and reward good quality work"
