"I feel that after 14 years with the company they were losing sight of purpose. It became a very money hungry company making it very difficult to successfully perform my position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Follow through and be a good support person. My manager would let me know she was coming in to see how things were going and then would not show up. I felt this was my opportunity to ask questions and get support and there was nop follow through. This was very much a let down to me because I felt that her opinion and input was helpful."
