"My center was closed and I was off for a year and when I returned I went to help out at another center as a acting center director because the director was going out on medical leave and I was promised the position if she didn't return but that did not happen. So to sum it up, I was lied to. Don't lie to people just to get yourself out of a bind."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For upper management I would say don't make promises that you are not able to keep."
