"I would suggest that as the economy continues to change that the company continue to change and evolve with it. There are several dedicated staff that have great potential to be long term employees as long as the opportunities are available."

"Spread out the managers' schedule so that they are not overlapping and the shifts are shorter."

"Sears hired a bunch of managers to help bring change that was needed, but that was a waste because Sears and K-Mart really do not want to change, so they will fade away because their ancient programs and policies do not work in this era."

"Cut out the fat at the top, get new blood that wants to change, and the new blood must come from RETAIL, sorry, but UPS is great, but not at retail. Get rid of the old fashioned people that have been there for 30 plus years and just want to continue to do it their way."
