"It's very fast paced and has some of the best subject matter experts in the digital media market. Take the opportunity to learn from these individuals."

What don't you like about working at KIT digital?

"KIT Digital acquired around a dozen companies from 2008-2012. The constant acquisition and then layoffs of people from those businesses was a constant morale blow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees, be pro-active in problem resolution, and identify and coach your best talent to be the leaders you want them to be."

"Lots of stress and long hours, just to get laid off and the company sold."

"I liked the work we did, it was pretty cutting edge."

"Actually interviewing was pretty easy, it was mostly technical in nature."

"The management was unbearable, they had no idea what we were doing and had unrealistic goals."
