"I really do like the fact that every day is different. There are many challenges in working with the retailers, the public and the mall's ownership. I receive great pleasure in the satisfaction of a job well done. Kirkwood Mall is a very successful center and a great reward for me is to see first-hand that our efforts here contribute to its continued growth."

"Mall managers need to be professionals at multi-tasking, creative and positive thinking and dealing with people."

What don't you like about working at Kirkwood Mall?

"The only thing that gets tricky is juggling the priorities of a number of different supervisors (marketing, management, leasing and owners) but it can be done!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep an open mind and be prepared for change. The retail world is ever-changing and successful retailers need to be creative and progressive."
