"I really do like the fact that every day is different. There are many challenges in working with the retailers, the public and the mall's ownership. I receive great pleasure in the satisfaction of a job well done. Kirkwood Mall is a very successful center and a great reward for me is to see first-hand that our efforts here contribute to its continued growth."

"The only thing that gets tricky is juggling the priorities of a number of different supervisors (marketing, management, leasing and owners) but it can be done!"
