Unfortunately, none of what I was told was true. No advancement as they hire known from outside, incentive plan is non-existent and impossible to meet, no salary increase in the last 3 years, subpar technology, almost impossible to receive tuition reimbursement."

"Management is cut throat and are incented not to partner with each other. It's not meant to be ht way, but has been that way for many years"
