"Management is cut throat and are incented not to partner with each other. It's not meant to be ht way, but has been that way for many years"

"Be careful, because all of our peers re out o get you."

"I liked everything about the company except the incomplete documentation at the beginning."

"If there is a new hire then according to his/her job title, they should receive a proper documentation."

"At that time, there was little life balance. Average work week was over 60."

"Management has changed since I worked there. Many jobs were sent off shore. I would recommend these jobs come back to the US to bolster our economy."

"Due to the industry the company was always restructuring and terminating people for no reason to save money, while CEOs were still recieving big bonuses while the overall company was bleeding money."

"Don't take pay increases and lavish bonuses when your work is not helping the company to grow."

"not much anymore. The only good thing, is that I still get 5 weeks PTO"

"senior mgmt, took away pension, lowered PTO time, poor training"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More training, and more opportunities. Have more commonalities between managment at least in the same area. Currently one mgr will say..it's ok to social distance if you are sick..and another states...come in unless you are on your death bed. Esp with sickness, that is uncalled for."
