"Kelly Services was able to provide the role-based positions that best suited my skills and interests. Also, because, in my case, I was sitting on site at Microsoft, I was able to fully integrate with my team and other colleagues and continue to learn about the business from different folks/teams."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find a position that suits you too. If both parties are content, the relationship will last, the work will flourish and the opportunities will keep opening up!"

What don't you like about working at Kelly Services?

"I think in general, being a v- vendor now and also that I am a little bit older with a mortgage, that the 100 days off was a tough time and I wouldn't go back to an a- position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that you hire/train your relationship managers to align and acquaint them with the business in which they are communicating with folks in that part of the business. I found it frustrating to have a review with someone who had no idea what I did or even know a few of the buzz words."
