"The teachers and low level staff are extremely smart, and clearly the high level staff is as well. Middle management, or the managers of the individual centers, seem to lack."

"Be more attentive to what is going on at the individual centers. The program is great but sometimes implementation lacks."

"Strong company, but too set in it's ways for me. I wanted to try unique marketing tests, but they seemed to want to stick with what they've always done. i'm more creative than that."

"If you enjoy following a plan that is aleady established without being able to add your flair to it, this is the perfect company for you. If you like to test out creative new marketing approaches, this is probably not the company for you."

"Test new marketing initiatives instead of sticking to what has always been done in the past."

"The senior management staff, is unprofessional, unethical, and inhuman. They treat people like they are cattle. There is no work home balance. The Kaplan motto is that Kaplan comes first, before your family."

"Train your managers on how to be managers and supervisors."

"That I am currently a Temp employee and I am not sure when would my contract end."

"I suggest that if they have contract positions will be better to sign a time line contract with the employee."
