"Be yourself while at the same time being fun, energetic, and engaging for the students."

What don't you like about working at Kaplan?

"The teachers and low level staff are extremely smart, and clearly the high level staff is as well. Middle management, or the managers of the individual centers, seem to lack."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more attentive to what is going on at the individual centers. The program is great but sometimes implementation lacks."

"Absoultly nothing, it's great if you enjoying working on slave ship with a bunch of white rats."

"As far as I can tell you have to make sure you eat the right lunch to get ahead in that so call company."
