You have to learn mostly everything on your own starting off. It's mainly trial and error! The hiring process is easy getting hired, but once hired they don't have a good human resource person or process to get you started, headed in the right direction. It took entirely way too long for them to get my paper work completed! 1-10 this company is a 5!"
