"Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems of Washington DC is an unprofessional company in many ways. They don't have a training system for their new employees. You have to learn mostly everything on your own starting off. It's mainly trial and error! The hiring process is easy getting hired, but once hired they don't have a good human resource person or process to get you started, headed in the right direction. It took entirely way too long for them to get my paper work completed! 1-10 this company is a 5!"
