"Do more research on the company you'll be outsourced to, they'll be the ones who conduct the interview that counts, and they'll decide if you're hired."

"They only care about the client they serve, they don't care at all about their employees. When their client treated me unethically if not blatantly illegally, who do you think they sided with? They care about money more than being responsible... so be cautious with them."

"Some project managers do not pay proper attention for their job leaders' needs. Like having additional discipline engineering helper."

"As I described in above line item, project managers have to provide reasonable engineering manpower for job leaders."

"Very little on my assignment there was a distinct lack of direction to the goal."

"I loved the flex schedule and the family-like atmosphere. The higher-uppers in the department where I worked seemed very interested in seeing each employee succeed."

"I worked in a smaller office for Jacobs Engineering, and found a great team effort environment among my peers. I looked forward to work, just to be involved in the problem solving process with my fellow workers."

"Realizing that Jacobs is a behemoth of a company, my number one concern was the inflexibility of the corporate structure. Thinking out of the box to solve a problem was frowned upon among some."

"The size of the company is its strength also, and with that said, one suggestion for the company to consider is to find ways to minimize the attitude of micro-management."
