"Business development was not adequate. Quality of work was not high at the company."

"Jacobs is a very unhealthy environment, they allow the client to disrespect the Jacobs employees in order to protect upper management's positions."

"To set healthy, professional boundaries - it would promote a more healthy and productive work environment that would allow the Jacob's staff to perform at a much higher level which, in the end, would improve the quality of work which they (Jacobs) could provide to the client. By improving the bottom line Jacobs would ensure a better likelyhood of continuing their contracts."

"Even though they say the employee is the most important asset of the company, that is not true. They laid me off after 18 years of non-stop service without any package."
