"ITT changed it was a great place to work but when the company started to down size it became a very political Inc."

"Senior Management is now very weak in operations and looking for scapegoats. They are no-longer have the Manufacturing power that they did have. So they now outsource manufacturing jobs oversea."

"You need to get some talent in Senior staff that understand Operations. Currently you are so weak if has a negative impact in all division and departments of the company for Program Management to Purchasing . You cannot export everything to China."

"It was on the mall in Washington DC. Everything was in walking distance. Taking the Metro to work was great."

"The interview process was pretty cut and dry. Very easy. I think it was the only time I met the manager."

"Management was terrible. My manager was never available through email, telephone or in person. He forgot about who was working for him. He had 19 people under him when I started, I was the 15th person to leave. High turnover rate."
