"If they still have budget problems it will be very fustrating."

"Company had budget problems with the government and was always postponing decisions on what was going to be done"

"Go ahead with what was contracted by the government using company money or stop the project."

"Understand and know your technical information cold for your field of work and do not allow a recruiter to force you into a position that you do not qualify for."

"It is the lowest wage company in Afghanistan providing IT services."

"Provide better money and change the wage rate from hourly to salary to better match the other companies in the area."

"You need to determine the specific business untI in which you'll work and the personality of the hiring manager as there is no pervasive business culture within ITT. ITT is a collection of disparate acquisitions that occurred over a length of time."

"Executive leadership lacked technical acumen and vision. I perceive the company is being positioned to be acquired to the benefit of current executive leadership."

"Figure out how to restructure the company and gain synergy between disparate operating divisions before you become a takeover target."

"the responsibility as a lead engineer for three of the SRU's."

"we worked 12 long hours and 7 days a week. No days off"

"Ability to make my own schedule as long as I make my 84 hours a week and attend all briefings with Battalion and Brigade"

"Interviewing with this company was not hard the HR and Recruiters were very nice and worked with my previous work schedule very well and informed me of any changes that had occured."

What don't you like about working at ITT Corp.?

"I don't like the vacation time, I wish it was more like the military where I would get 2.5 days or 20 hours (based on an 8 hour work day) off per month."

"I have no sudgestions to management. I have voiced my opinion to them and have recieved feedback."

"Everything. The people were great, helpful and very professional. The work was very educational and working with very knowledgeable people, my skills and knowledge great signifigantly."

"Study your microsoft material because your knowledge and skills will be put to the test."

"That it was overseas and had to seperated from my family for a year."

"Open to train and input of idea and implementation of those ideas in a timely manner. Lean implimentation and SixSigma where everyone participated"

"As always be honest and open in your attempt to convey your ideas and past accomplishment"

"Top management did not own all changes and hindered implimentation slowing processes changes which did not save costs and required layoffs of vealuable human capital"

"Allow for all changes to take affect before reacting to costs inreases from outside sources for example vendors and suppliers"

"People. Technology. Coaching younger staff. Building careers. The Management Staff."

"Show that you're a good person as well as good at the position."

"There's not a lot to say here. I enjoy my position."

"I'd say they need a customer focused group similar to the applications group and the infrastructure group."

"Too many decision steps drags down the efficiency. For example the tools and equipment purchase"

"Needed more information system technologies and a better HR department."

"Needed a better line of communication with our HR department and employee development."

"The flexible work schedule and the working atmosphere. The staff were top notch"

"Not at the moment. You would need to have very specific skills the company was in need of"

"Now a spinoff, will have to go through growing pains."
