"Quincy has a flexible and laid back atmosphere. We have great employees that tend to make the company a life long career place in the past. This creates a very knowledgable work force."

"Be honest in your expectations. If you get a position listen to those that have been with the company and build with them not against them."
What don't you like about working at Quincy Compressor?
"We are currently taking a step back in the area of technology from Oracle to and AS400 system. The parent company is taking us back decades in processes and in my position this is very frustrating."

"Listen to employees, communicate honestly and move forward technology wise."
