"Opportunities to be self-motivation and problem solving solutions. Excellent commercial and product-driven services as a government contractor. Fosters diversity, teamwork, and achieving potentials."

"Long-term employment, but be prepared for over-complicated corporate structure, procedures, and lack of coordination with business internal processes."
What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"Archaic corporate structure, poor internal IT decision-making and culture; short-term fiscal yearly budgetary department constraints; lack of coordination between business sectors and departments; not pro-active regarding institution of modern information system business process improvements."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I worked there 14 years, and saw the best and brightest IT people be forced out of the company through oversight, lack of advancement, and cost-cutting which did not take into account the losses that would incur by not retaining knowledgeable staff."

"The IT Director there is a psycho. She has fired most employees and others quit, turn over is too high"

"Check why there is such high turnover in IT and do something about it."
