What do you like about working at Advanced Labelworx?
"I worked with some really good people. It was a good learning opportunity, being a small company I had little oversight and could take on projects as I need to."
What don't you like about working at Advanced Labelworx?
"Owner and upper level management was incompetent, capricious and micromanged way too much. Scared away employees and also their own customers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Gid rid of the owner, she has no business running a business. She will eventually run the company into the ground.It used to be a very profitable company until she took ownership."

"The IT group did not adequately plan the implementation of projects properly thereby causing applications to be placed on line that were not thoroughly tested"

"Make sure you ask for the best compensation package you can get. Local team is amazing so if you like the video game industry it's a great place to get your feet wet!"

"Give training to all IT staff. Send them to seminars, etc on a yearly basis. Promote from within. Do what you promise."

"Too big a company. They bought mine and laid me off because of my seniority and I knew too much."

"Only work for this company if you are transient in the business. They will consolidate and relocate in a heartbeat to make their numbers."

"Senior Management do not know what they are doing."
