"The family atmosphere among manager and line staff. Isle believes its a team effort for a good product and that truly produces results. Isle also believes that their staff should use every training possibility to advance not only the employee but the company as well."

"The lack of personal time, but also know that comes with the territory. Sometimes the laid back attitude and family feeling posed as conflicts amongst staff members if not handled correctly - listening to rumors and gossip"
