"I read what a prior Reviewer wrote. 100000000% do your prior DUE DILIGENCE!!! Ask those questions that you are afraid to ask or don't want to ask for fear of not getting the job.... you'd rather NOT get the job then proceed and be bound to terms.."
What don't you like about working at David Lerner Associates?
"Some key people wayyyyy outperform others, however, there is no sharing of information to benefit colleagues, it is sink or swim!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Share your tools and walk the walk, don't just talk. Field oversight at least initially would help immensely with training. Not being involved in a Class Action while a new employee is trying to earn a paycheck would also help."

"Meeting with higt net worth individuals and consulting with their financial plans."

"Be aggressive. Do not wait for the hiring managers to get back to you."

"The lack of upward mobility with the organization. Management needs to listen to staff members."

"Listen to the staff members. We all work for the same team."

What do you like about working at TIAA-CREF?
"I was terminated from TIAA-CREF underhandedly. They say it was a licensing issue but I investigated it and found out that they deliberately failed to update my licenses and were seeking ways to get rid of me. Management there is very incompetent. If you are a hard worker, devoted to doing your best, they don't see it. They are run by the worst inhuman management known to man."

"Discrimination, bad management."

"Quit and let me show you how to run the company."

"The company operates as a trap for the unsuspecting."
What don't you like about working at David Lerner Associates?
"Even though I met every production goal, did everything I was asked to, made great personal sacrifices of my time at the cost of family life, I was dismissed without explanation- which happens to most employees once they've rounded up enough assets for the brokers with family connections to take them over. The career mistake of my life."
