"Favor individuals that are internal hires with no other experience. Large lack of communication between management and employees. You are just a number to them."
"I worked for 12 years as a private bankers for an important Italian bank and then for fisher investment before moving to USA. Ive always felt comfortable in working with team and for big company as well as developing my own projects."
"PROS: Great company to learn many parts of the financial services business. FI is very segmented though so its important to seek out learning as many folks can get caught up in the monotony of their day-to-day. The opportunity to learn is certainly there for folks who seek it out. FI offers good benefits and they are continually looking to improve them. CONS: Schedules are too structured and offer little flexibility. Your flexibility is determined by your direct manager which can be a great benefit or a huge downside. No profit sharing or company stock offered and pay dispersion between sales and service has gotten out of control."
"Company is good but suffers from internal dated technological complications."
"Fisher Investments manages $115B in assets. The company was started in late 1970s. The current CEO and Chairman have done a great job of building this company. It is a metric-driven firm, which I liked, given it instills accountability at all levels of the organization."
