Cons – Upper level divisional management is stale and full of personal fiefdoms. No real opportunity for advancement within the organization. Advice to Senior Management – Really revamp. Clean house and create a sense of vision, leadership and empowerment with your underwriting team. Loss ratios won't improve if underwriters don't take a vested interest because they do not feel empowered."

As long as the work gets done, that's all they really care about but they don't take into an account all various dependencies that we developers must adhere too and a lot of times fix.
