Working at Interactive Data in New York City, NY: 2 Employee Reviews

Software Engineer

"Interactive Data encourages a system that neither rewards hard work nor encourage innovative thinking on all levels. Advancement is used as a reward for longevity and not based on contribution and qualifications. The managers manifest lack of leadership skills, and most do not have the managerial qualifications for the positions they hold. Managers form cliques of yes-men who simply gossip, and wait around for promotions and bonuses while adding no value."
