"This company has really gone downhill. It's not a good place for current technology workers. Most of their technology is obsolete and their management is clueless about how to address the situation. There customer base mostly remains because they are too entrenched to switch to alternatives (which also aren't much better). So, the business will probably continue to do OK, but this is not a great career choice for most technology professionals."

"It's stable and consistent. Some great colleagues. Very easy commute."

"Find out what we do first and come prepared. Don't BS on your resume. Be honest."

"Isolated silos within the company. Wasted effort with similar teams doing the same thing. Little vision. Low morale."

"Increase the communication across the company. Maybe an introduce enterprise social network. Better incentives."
