"Intel could fire 40% of its current middle management can still be just as effective, if not more"

"Well, if you broke something then developed a procedure so that it never happens again, should you be praised for your work. Oh, and the abuse of title was very common."

"Recognize folks for proactive work instead of reactive. When everyone gets recognized for doing their job, the recognition is worthless."
