"Intel is a very company to work with. But it lacks the tradition to develop ground breaking products."
"Great place to work if you find the right team. Intel bends over backwards to make it a great place to work, but if you and your team do not jive well, it could be a burden to work there. My experience was good overall. But I am tired of high profile tech companies. I want to go save the world!"
"I worked for Intel Corp for almost 8 years. I did enjoy working there. Much of what I am today as a professional, I learned at Intel."
"It is a good company. I got excellent work."
"Intel is stuck in a rut doing the same things over and over in the same ways. It seldom uses new approaches to solve problems and the design environment is about 10 years behind the rest of the industry. With Intel just now adopting SOC design which has been used by ARM for over 15 years. I would not suggest this company."
"Nice place to work. Not too hung up on process, you can get things done without going through a mountain of paperwork. Lots of super-smart people to work with, although not everyone is a rock star."
"Most of my experience is good. My final position was lacking in managerial support. I had a direct manager who was in charge of only me. He was not a good manager."
"I worked at Intel from 2010 to 2014. My career is in management, but, unfortunately, I worked with a manager and skip-level manager who were both unethical and who demoted me into an engineering role. Ethics seem to be a long-term problem at Intel. The company paid out $1.25 billion to AMD for anti-competitive practices during my brief tenure at the company. In the case of my career at the company, I carefully negotiated my salary for weeks prior to joining the company. Following the completed negotiations, my managers simply ignored everything and paid me 60% of the agreed upon salary. Two painful years later, during a transition into a management role, my skip-level manager put it in writing that if ever I achieved a managerial role at the company, he would personally see to it that I was fired. I resigned."
"Awesome place to work and explore new technologies."
"It's a great place to work. It has good work ethics and very dedicated people. As an intern, I experienced that employees are always willing to guide the interns and at the same time also respect the area of expertise."
"I have worked for Intel for the past 9 years. I started at the bottom level tech and now I am a process engineer. I have been promoted 5 times in 9 years."
"I worked for Chipsets division at Intel Corp in Folsom, CA. The overall experience was great. It is a great place to work and offers good benefits."
"Intel was a great company to work for."
"It's good to work at Intel."
"They're ok. Some times it seems they are in it only for themselves."
