Submit a Review"I loved having a mixture of jobs, ranging from helping out customers to working on web programs and learning about the various integrations with the company. However, this also means you have a lot to learn and be skilled at doing. Making working in this position a juggling routine and causes lots of stress during the busy times. I would continue with this line of work if it was available, but it is not my goal."

What do you like about working at Boeing?
"It gave me a job when I needed one. Watching planes being built is kind of exciting for about a year."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't make it complicated. Use SMART, have reasonable stories about situations you have resolved."
What don't you like about working at Boeing?
"The job skills listed on the job announcements are totally fluffed. The job I applied for and the job I have are not the same. 40% of the managers in my area have less than 1 year of experience and don't know how to manage people. My manager has a favorite (1) that gets all the growth experiences. Our team is very very very bureaucratic, my opinions, comments, ideas, etc are not wanted unless they are telling him something positive about him."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would either train the managers in management or hire ones that know something about managing people."
What do you like about working at Matec Instrument Companies?
"The ability to manage myself on the road. I was able to travel and learn a lot about other cultures."
What do you like about working at CAE Inc.?
"the people are nice. The job involves a lot of travel and is mentanlly-intensive and challenging. There is, of course, the fun side of working with flight simulators."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Practice your French... Be yourself and be prepared to travel, unless you are applying for a core-developer position."
What don't you like about working at CAE Inc.?
"The company's culture is not that great, since it is unfavorable toward non-quebecers and is nationalist"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not kill the diversity of your work-force: departments with higher diversity at CAE are more productive."

What do you like about working at DG?
"I was there from when it was a start up company named Central Media Incorporated. Very exciting to working in a high paced start up company."
What don't you like about working at DG?
"The company was purchased by DG Systems to become DG FastChannel. I did not like or respect the way the new CEO did things."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management at DG needs to actually take what clients request and build it right not cutting corners."
