"The service departments behind the scenes at State Farm corporate can be challenging to work with. Sometimes they seem to provide more of a challenge for the agents than assistance."

"I would strive to provide a more streamlined training program for team members."

"Have an substantial amount of savings. Be ready to work 6-7days a week 12hrs a day for the first 1-2yrs"

"I didn't like the commission only, and no medical, dental, 401k. I also thought the support could have been much better."

"I think it is hard in the environment they have to make positive changes. They are constantly recruiting and hiring new people and putting a little work into them and hoping they stick. I would suggest to treat everyone you hire as a valuable asset and take the time to train them and mentor them."
