"very large corporation, have to deal with the things that come along with that and shareholders etc."

"nothing you can do when you have to answer to shareholders therefore you never know when a branch is going to close"

"The leads were horrendous, the company was very partial to certain employees."

"Treat everyone the same as you would like to be treated. Don't be partial to certain employees, treat every employee fairly. Make sure your lead giver has some validity to his list of potential customers."
