"I suggest that the CEO and owner overhaul his company cause he has no clue on the level of incompetience in management. I'm sure that this information will never reach the eyes of a individual that can do something. Because bad companies are bad at messing things up and worse at fixing them"

"There was no real downside to being an employee of Convio. They were somewhat below average in compensation and there weren't many opportunities for growth. Working specifically with non-profits means that economic downtimes are felt more strongly."
